Fusarium fujikuroi, causing bakanae disease, is one of the most important seedborne pathogens rice, detection which paramount for seed certification and preventing field infections. Molecular tests—qPCR loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP)—are replacing blotter test in health procedures, due to higher sensitivity, specificity, fast turnaround results delivery, on-site application possibility quantifying endophytic A LAMP test, had been previously developed with primers designed target elongation factor 1-α sequence F. was validated according international validation standard (EPPO, PM7/98) on thirty-four rice lines different levels susceptibility thus comparing it two DNA extraction procedures. The use crude extracted provided more sensitive than commercial kit Omega E.Z.N.A® Plant kit. showed that infection fujikuroi essential development disease minimum amount pathogen necessary corresponds 4.17 × 104 cells/µL.
